The following House Rules have been prepared to help you make the most of your time at Wellbeing Centres. Please take a few moments to review them.
Please note, we operate a hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. As you can appreciate, our therapists turn away clients to hold your appointment, hence any cancellations/rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice (or no-shows) will result in a cancellation fee.
Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. This will give you plenty of time to check-in and complete any necessary forms, especially in the current climate where we have extra safety protocols in place.
We are sympathetic that sometimes being late is outside of your control. At the discretion of both our therapist and Wellbeing Centres, we will try to accommodate your full appointment time. However, where this is not feasible we will always do our very best to perform the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining.
Please kindly keep all personal belongings with you at all times. Please be advised that Wellbeing Centres will not accept liability for the loss, damage or theft of any personal belongings.
Ambience & Etiquette
To help us maintain a tranquil ambience and in respect of other appointments, please kindly maintain conversations at a considerate volume. Please be advised that we have a zero tolerance policy regarding any form of physical or sexual harassment and any such incidents will be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities.
