WOMEN’S HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPY
Women’s Health Physiotherapy focuses on all issues related to Obstetrics and Gynaecology. We specialise in Pregnancy care, Ante/Post natal care and Pelvic floor rehabilitation by POGP certified physiotherapists.
Physiotherapy uses a range of techniques to help improve mobility and reduce pain. This is accomplished by using a variety of methods including gentle movement, manual therapy, exercise, education and advice.
Whilst anyone can benefit from corporate physiotherapy, there are specific work environments where employees are at most risk.

Private GP Consultation
At Wellbeing Centres, you can have a virtual GP consultation (face-to-face only at our Southgate clinic) for a wide range of illnesses. Our GPs provide private Sick Certificates and Referrals to specialists.
We offer diagnostic services - MRI, Open MRI (at certain partner locations), CT, Ultrasound and X-ray, which are accessible at our partner locations around London. If you would like to use the diagnostic imaging services, you will need a referral from a GP or a Wellbeing Centres clinician. We have highly competitive self-pay rates and offer priority bookings for our patients.
This type of diagnostic technique is ideally suited for looking at organs within the abdomen and chest as it can help us diagnose diseases like lung cancer and coronary artery disease. It can also be used to screen for bowel cancer. A CT scanner uses lower levels of radiation without compromising on the quality of the results and is virtually noise-free.
Sports Massage is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, tendons and ligaments.
Osteopathy recognises that much of the pain and disability we suffer stems from abnormalities in our body’s structure and function.
This service is currently offered at our Crouch Hill clinic only. Shockwave therapy is a modern practise that complements Osteopathy. It is a recommended solution if you experience any musculoskeletal pain or limited mobility. It is safe and highly effective as a non-invasive treatment.
Acupuncture is used as a method for treating pain. The needles stimulate nerve endings and the brain to release endorphins – pain relieving chemicals. The therapist will feel for tender ‘trigger’ points in the tissues under your skin.
Gait scan is a computerised, innovative and diagnostic tool that requires you to simply walk across a foot plate which will then analyse your biomechanics effectively and efficiently. The information and data collected by the Gait Scan helps identify the cause of your problem and provide solutions to your foot imbalance.
